Santiago Ruiz created this wine as a reflection of his land, his history, and everything that moved him. A unique blend of five native varieties—Albariño, Loureiro, Caíño Blanco, Treixadura, and Godello—resulting in a complex, fresh white with a marked floral, saline, and mineral expression.
