In 1984, Santiago Ruiz left behind certainty to devote himself to what truly moved him: creating high-quality wines from the most representative grapes of his region. This marked the birth of a pioneering winery in Rías Baixas, where each vintage is crafted to move and to be felt.
Faithful to the spirit of our founder, we make wines with respect for the land, tradition, and innovation.
Our winery is in Tomiño, right next to the vineyard. There, we observe, learn, and care for each vine as if it were unique. We study the native varieties of our region, respect the rhythms of nature, and apply sustainable practices that preserve the balance of the environment.
Each harvest is carried out by hand, with careful selection of grape clusters, always seeking low yields to concentrate the best of each vine. We combine generations of knowledge with advanced techniques to craft authentic, delicate wines with character—born from the landscape of O Rosal and designed to move with every glass.

The Santiago Ruiz Garden of Varieties Collection is born as an invitation to explore our O Rosal vineyard through origin, diversity, and sensitivity.
It is a tribute to our native grape varieties, which here express themselves on their own, revealing their purest character and awakening different sensations in every glass.
