100% Albariño

from a selection of very low-yielding old vines planted at the foot of our winery, trained on the high pergola system typical of the O Rosal sub-zone.

Production

Harvest and manual selection in small 20 kg crates when the grapes reach their peak ripeness. Temperature-controlled fermentation following pre-fermentative cold maceration with dry ice for 12 hours. Long period of contact with the lees to achieve volume on the palate.

Tasting notes

Bright yellow color.

In appearance, it is clean and bright, with a Golden Rim. Aromatically, it is very intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit (apple, peach, and melon), along with citrus notes, orange peel, and hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is complex, full-bodied, and very elegant. It has a pleasant freshness and a touch of saline minerality, keeping it lively and balanced. The aftertaste is long and persistent, with well-balanced acidity.

With Rosa Ruiz's favourite colour, red, taking centre stage, it is an invitation to cross the threshold of the winery and enjoy its wines.
