- Punctuality is essential. Due to our proximity to Portugal, some mobile devices may automatically switch to Portuguese time (one hour behind local time).
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Visits must be paid online at the time of booking. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, please email info@bodegasantiagoruiz.com. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued via bank transfer. Within 48 hours of the visit, no changes or refunds can be made.
- As a historic building, our facilities are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
